Shipping Policy – Nanocode

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, product launches, or limited drops, processing times may be extended due to high order volume.
Once shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link.
Note: All processing and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Delivery Times (Worldwide Shipping)
Average delivery times after processing:

UK / EU: 3–7 business days

Worldwide (outside EU): 7–12 business days (dependent on customs and local couriers)
These delivery times are indicative only.
Nanocode is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or local postal disruptions.
3. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email to monitor your delivery in real time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may apply during promotions or above a certain order amount as specified on the website.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
A package is considered officially delayed only if:

No tracking updates for 10 business days (EU), or
-
No tracking updates for 30 business days (Worldwide)
Events such as customs checks, courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or peak-season congestion are not grounds for refunds or cancellations.
If a courier formally declares a package lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
6. Incorrect Address / Wrong Details
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete address information.
Nanocode is not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Reshipping costs in such cases must be covered by the customer.
7. Unclaimed / Refused Packages
If a parcel is not collected from a pickup point or is refused and returned:
Customers may choose between:

Reshipment (additional shipping cost applies), or

Refund (excluding original shipping cost)
8. Damaged or Incomplete Delivery
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents.
Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
9. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
For exclusive drops or pre-orders, shipping begins on the date stated in the product description.
By purchasing a pre-order, you agree to the communicated shipping timeline and extended processing period.
10. Customer Responsibility During Delays
By purchasing from Nanocode, you acknowledge the following:

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees

Nanocode is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors

Peak-season slowdowns cannot be used to request cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks

Refunds are only possible after the parcel is delivered back to us and processed, unless the courier officially declares it lost
