We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:

in the same condition as received

unworn/unused
-
with all tags/seals intact
-
in the original packaging
-
and include proof of purchase
Consumables / Supplements
For safety and hygiene reasons, any consumable product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal cannot be returned, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return (RMA)
Email support@nanocodeofficial.com with:

your order number
-
reason for return
-
and photos if relevant
If approved, we will issue:

a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

return instructions
-
and the correct return address
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Do not ship items back until you receive your RMA.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@nanocodeofficial.com with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

opened / unsealed consumables

personalized or custom products
-
hazardous materials or flammable liquids

gift cards
-
clearance / final sale items
If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing or returning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order separately.
UK Customers – Legal Right to Cancel
If you are located in the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to cancel your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations within 14 days of receiving your items, provided the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Consumables that are opened or unsealed are not eligible for cancellation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
