General Conditions

Unopened products only
Refunds/returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. -
Proof required
Customers must provide clear photo evidence of the unopened product before approval. -
Approval required
All returns must be approved by our support team before shipping. Packages sent without approval will not be accepted. -
Tracking mandatory
Once a return is approved, customers must provide a valid tracking number. Refunds are only processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refund Eligibility
Before Shipping
Orders may be cancelled and refunded only if the product has not yet shipped.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been issued, it cannot be cancelled. The order must be received and returned under our approved return process to be eligible for a refund.
After Delivery
Refunds are only possible when:

the product is returned unopened and in original sealed condition

the return has been pre-approved

a valid return tracking number is provided

the return is received and inspected successfully
Compensation Agreement
If a customer accepts compensation (partial refund, store credit, discount, replacement, or goodwill gesture) for delivery delay, inconvenience, or product concern, this is considered full and final resolution of the case.
Once compensation is accepted, no further refunds, claims, or chargebacks may be pursued for that order.
UK Customers (Legal Notice)
For customers in the United Kingdom, consumer rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations may apply.
For health/supplement consumables, once opened/unsealed, the product is not eligible for return or cancellation.
Unopened products may be returned within the applicable legal period as long as:

they remain sealed

they are unused

they are returned in original condition
This policy does not limit statutory rights.
US Customers
For customers in the United States, refunds and returns are strictly governed by this policy.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, and refunds only apply after approved return and product inspection.
No Unauthorized Chargebacks
By purchasing from Nanocode, you agree to follow this policy.
Chargebacks made outside of this agreed process are considered misuse of the payment system and will be disputed with full documentation, including delivery confirmation, policy acknowledgment, and customer communication.

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, only under the following conditions:

customer must show proof of consistent use for at least 60 days (photos/videos or other credible evidence)

product must have been used as instructed

claims without proof are not eligible

Sale Items / Discounts
Products purchased during sale events, promotions, or discounted offers are not eligible for cash refunds.
These orders may be eligible for store credit only, subject to approval.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

opened, used, or tampered products

products damaged by the customer

consumables once the seal is broken

gift cards and promotional items
-
final sale / clearance items
Refund Process

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Once the product is received and verified, your refund will be processed.
Standard refunds: processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days pass after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
